Christie Finance, the specialist commercial mortgage broker, has recently assisted Anne Walker - with raising finance to purchase her first ever pub.
 
Previously owned by Enterprise Inns plc, Anne’s partner managed the pub for just under a year, quickly realising the potential of the business.
 
When the pub went on the open market, Anne moved swiftly to place an offer approaching Chris Field, Director and Finance Consultant at Christie Finance, to ascertain if funding was available to support the purchase and to advise her throughout the process.
 
Chris delivered a bespoke funding option, from two different lenders, equating to 100% of the purchase price and project managed the whole process including handing valuation and insurance requirements. Not having prior experience in the sector, Anne was daunted by arranging funding and the guidance offered by Chris gave her piece of mind that the deal would be done in the right way, allowing her to focus on planning for the future.
