New business acquisition for retail professional

The business is a well-established convenience store located in a primarily residential area.

The new owner, Mr Gurcharn Basra , was looking to take on a new retail opportunity after securing a buyer for their Costcutter Store in Swavesey, further to a successful marketing campaign by Christie & Co. 

Nicole Jones, Finance Consultant at Christie Finance, had to work to a tight deadline after another broker had failed in finding competitive loan terms.
