Cat brings a wealth of expertise from her roles at Provide Finance, where she specialised in commercial bridging, term financing and fintech, bridging, development, and real estate transactions.

Prior to this, Cat was involved in regulated mortgage advising at Better.co.uk, the UK branch of the US based mortgage leader Better. She also is experienced from her role in Sydney, Australia, where she excelled as a commercial mortgage and business finance broker for over two years.
