Independent Finance Broker, Christie Finance Real Estate, is delighted to announce the successful arrangement of a development exit facility for a newly constructed 16-unit apartment block in Northolt. The project, valued at £5,830,000, reached practical completion in May 2024.

On behalf of long-standing client, Panyam Estates Limited, Christie Finance Real Estate worked with an institutional funder that understood the sales strategy, and worked alongside the marketing agents to ensure the viability of the exit for the facility.

The project’s progress was secured through the establishment of building control certificates and warranties before completion. This marks the client’s first ground-up development, delivered to an exceptional standard.
